These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bizebeeplumbing.com and the plumbing services provided by Biz-E-Bee Plumbing & Rooter INC, referred to here as "Biz-E-Bee," "we," "us," or "our." By using this website, submitting a form, or scheduling service with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.

We are a licensed California plumbing contractor, CSLB License #1158584, classifications C-36 & General B, operating from 3456 Webster Ave, Perris, CA 92571.

We provide residential and commercial plumbing and drain services across Perris and the surrounding Inland Empire, Coachella Valley, and southwest Riverside County. Work is performed by licensed and insured technicians.

Submitting a form or requesting an appointment is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on a time. We may decline or reschedule work based on availability, location, safety conditions, or scope.

Prices and promotions shown on this website are subject to change and may be limited by service area, job type, or availability. Any price listed online is a starting point, not a final quote.

• Final pricing is confirmed on site, in writing, before work begins.
• Conditions found after work starts, such as hidden damage, root intrusion, collapsed lines, or code issues, may change the scope and the price. We will tell you before continuing.
• Promotional offers apply to standard work only and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing.
• Payment is due on completion unless you have arranged financing or other written terms with us in advance.

We back most standard repairs with a 90 days on most standard repairs. Your technician confirms exactly what is covered on your invoice before leaving the job.

Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, work performed by others, unrelated failures elsewhere in the system, or conditions we identified and recommended repairing that you declined.

Program description

Biz-E-Bee Plumbing & Rooter sends service messages about a job you asked us to do, including callbacks, technician dispatch and arrival updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes, and invoices. This is a service messaging program tied to work you asked us to do. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to the consent language shown on our website forms, by texting us first, or by giving your number and permission to our team over the phone or in person. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can ask us to reach you by phone or email instead at any time.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your service request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

Eligibility and carriers

• You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
• Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Not all mobile devices or carriers support text messaging, and service may not be available on all carriers.
• If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us so we do not text the next person who gets it.

Your privacy

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent collected by Biz-E-Bee Plumbing & Rooter are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
